Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Production times for custom and promotional items vary depending on the product, but typically range from 5–15 business days.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Note: All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect. A virtual sample is provided for approval before production.
  • Report defective or incorrect items within 7 days to sales@activeworldnyc.com.
  • Returns must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancelations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if production has not started.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
